Apa bisa bikin bot menggunakan whatsapp? kena banned nggak sih ? musti dapat license dulu ya untuk mendapatkan whatsapp business ?
Saya coba jawab satu persatu dulu ya. Ketika orang pertama kali mendengar kata Bot, umumnya berasumsi bahwa Bot yang dimaksud adalah aplikasi yang mengirim ke ribuan, puluhan ribu, ratusan ribu orang atau jutaan orang secara serentak. Bot seperti ini adalah bot yang rawan banned, karena mengirim ke banyak nomor telpon dalam waktu hampir bersamaan akan dideteksi sebagai SPAM dan biasanya memang akan terkena autoBanned.
Bot yang saya buat adalah bot yang bersifat menunggu request dari user, Bot tidak aktif menyerang/mengirimkan pesan ke sejumlah orang, akan tetapi Bot yang hanya akan menjawab/memberi respon ketika ada user yang bertanya, sehingga potensi terkena banned akan kecil sekali.
Apakah memerlukan license dari whatsapp untuk membuat Bot ?.
Ada pihak yang dipercaya oleh whatsapp seperti Twillio.com agar user mendapatkan Whatsapp Business API. Dengan Whatsapp Business API ini, kita dapat membuat Bot menggunakan API yang disediakan. Pada Twillio kita akan diberikan nomor khusus yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai whatsapp Bot. Bagaimana kalau mendapat persetujuan whatsapp Business API susah ?
